Taekwondo is a sport that helps in the physical and mental development of the human body. It promotes stamina, flexibility, speed and strength. 

To learn self-defence skills 
To develop a sense of responsibility for themselves and others 
To develop an appreciation for Taekwondo as a sport and an art
To achieve physical fitness through positive participation and discipline

National School Games Taekwondo Tournament for selected Anthonians
Training of individual skills to attain the standards required for the different belts
Anthonians are also exposed to sparring for pupils with green belt onwards

PAL Room, Dance Studio and Health and Fitness Room

Day(s) & Time of Practice:
Mondays: 2.00 p.m. to 4.00p.m. (Pupils with no support lessons)
Mondays: 3.30p.m. to 5.30p.m. (Pupils with support lessons)
