The teaching of values will also be integrated into the physical education curriculum. Teachers from the Get Active! programme conduct a 20-30 min exercise programme daily (except Wednesday and Friday) for all pupils who have >97% BMI before morning assemblies. The programme begins with stretching exercises, and it involves workout sessions in the school compounds, circuit training, games like soccer, captain ball and basketball. Unstructured play is allowed as a reward.
